Well, this is probably my last graphite work for a while, I'm quite anxious to get back to my painting.  The Jaguar is one of my favs in the big cat family. This is one of my favorite drawings, and was quite labor intensive.  Enjoy and thanks for stopping in! :)

This is done on Strathmore Smooth Bristol Board and graphite pencil/sticks from 6h to 9B....I'll post updates as I progress.


Now, more detail, refinements, and starting to layer my darks....

I've given the pencil some attention again..this is a work in progress...my wife loves my drawings..more than my paintings...have to keep her happy you know..

I do enjoy the fine detail work I can achieve with graphite...
